What do those who have already participated in the program think?
I sleep better, I am calmer, my shortness of breath has completely disappeared.
Since I have heard a lot about the importance of proper breathing, I tried to find out more about the topic, but I became convinced that I needed an expert who could teach me the exercises in a personalized way.
I was convinced by Dr. Mirna's presentation and I cannot deny that her medical education also increased my confidence, which ultimately did not disappoint.

Significantly better quality sleep, more energy, emotional management, higher physical and mental performance.
It gives the right starting point and enough information to decide if the program is right for us.
Mirna is an infinitely patient, empathetic and flexible instructor, I can only think of her with gratitude! She takes all our worries and individual problems into account.

Since then, I have not had any breathing difficulties, but it has given me much more. It is a very good way to manage stress, my immune system has a higher defense capacity, my sleep quality is better, and I even benefit from it in sports, my stamina is better. It is truly incredible how much good breathing has on everything.
It was a good taster, with a lot of valuable information.
The exercises can be done at any time. While waiting for the bus, at work, etc.

The hot flashes have decreased, since using the patch I don't wake up with my mouth dry, I sleep more peacefully and I am more rested. I recommend it to those who suffer from asthma. Those who wake up not rested or those who suffer from menopausal hot flashes. I really liked it, it caught my attention. I had never heard of Buteyko breathing before.

Mirna Molnár-Schwake,
lifestyle physician with a coaching and mentoring approach
I have always loved to see people as part of a system, not separated from their environment or inner world. A microcosm within the macrocosm. After finishing university, I first discovered this perspective in Traditional Chinese Medicine. I was captivated by its magical world, where people were understood in their full context – with history, feelings, thoughts, destiny, soul, and spirit – and could only be interpreted as part of nature.
Later, I found the same systemic perspective in Functional Medicine, where the focus is not just on treating symptoms, but on uncovering the underlying causes, tracing back complex symptom clusters to their common root factors.
The final link for me was modern Lifestyle Medicine, which shifts the focus from genetics to lifestyle. While genetics may load the gun, it is lifestyle that pulls the trigger. In other words: even if certain diseases run in the family, with a healthy lifestyle they can often be prevented, managed, or even reversed. Most lifestyle-related diseases are not determined by our genes – we hold the power in our own hands.
From these influences, I have created a unique perspective and toolkit that combines Eastern and Western approaches, traditional and modern medicine, health coaching, and mentoring. My goal is to support individuals step by step in regaining and rebuilding their vitality.

What do people who already use Buteyko breathing say?
“Buteyko’s simple, meditative, anxiety-reducing exercises steal peaceful breaks into our everyday lives almost unnoticed. They are easy to learn and are not a challenge to incorporate into our daily routine, no matter how busy our schedule. Their effects are felt almost immediately, even with minimal time investment. They can be done anywhere, anytime, no special equipment or preparation is required, we can easily include a few short breathing exercises as a break during work, while walking or traveling. Their regular practice increases our general calm and contributes to better sleep quality. It shows the importance of recharging breaks and teaches us to pay attention to ourselves and the physical and mental processes taking place within us.
I really enjoyed working with Mirna, her sincere enthusiasm and professional curiosity are contagious and motivating.
During our pleasant meetings, she guided us through the exercises with natural ease and empathetic attention.
Her knowledgeable explanations They supported the deepening of the results achieved and this made it very easy for me to commit to practicing.“

“I had long felt that something was wrong with my breathing — while swimming, singing, exercising. During emotional challenges I felt like I was suffocating.
While learning one of the techniques, I discovered that I wasn’t taking a full breath, and by turning inward I even realized the cause, going back as far as my prenatal stage.
By the end of the course, my comfortable pause without air had nearly doubled. My snoring disappeared, my digestion improved, and as a result my weight slowly started moving toward a healthier balance. During emotional challenges I sometimes still forget to use my breathing to calm my temper, but I am patient with myself.
I have integrated what I learned into my daily routine, and by now it feels natural to pay attention to my breathing — whether I’m exercising, gardening, traveling, or doing anything else. Each time I apply the technique, I think of Mirna with gratitude.
Her personality is very calming, full of endless patience and caring attention throughout our meetings. It is never too late to change, and we all have the right to WELL-BEING!
The simplest is often the best. And what could be more natural than breathing?
Thank you for helping me come closer to myself through this practice!”

"With the dedicated mentorship of Mirna, with whom we worked on optimizing my entire lifestyle, including eating, exercise, sleep, etc., the most challenging thing for me was the introduction of breathing exercises. Until now, I had not even thought about how important breathing is to a healthy lifestyle, and that it can and should be improved. At first, I had a hard time getting myself to practice, but as time went on, it got easier and easier, and I enjoyed it more and more. Gradually, I noticed small changes: I can control my breathing more easily during yoga classes, I fall asleep easier and sleep better, and my lungs are clearing up. Mirna gently but consistently gave me the next exercise and constantly monitored my progress. I am grateful that her attention extended to this area as well."
